Construction & Debris Removal in Salinas & the 831/408

Contractors use us because we come when the work is finished and price the load rather than the clock, so the clean-up does not eat the margin on the build.

You pay for the space your load takes up in the trailer rather than for our time on the clock. Labor, loading and the tip fee are already in the number we quote you, and we cover eleven cities from Salinas and the Monterey Peninsula up through Gilroy and Hollister to San Jose.

FAQ

Common questions.

Why is concrete priced differently?

Because it is priced by weight, not space. A quarter trailer of concrete outweighs a full trailer of furniture, and the disposal site charges by the ton.

Can you come mid-project?

Yes. Plenty of our contractor work is a recurring pull rather than one final clean-up.

Do you take roofing tear-off?

Yes. Tell us the rough square footage and layer count when you book, since it is heavy and quoted separately.

How does the pricing actually work?

Volume based. The trailer is 12 ft by 8 ft by 4 ft and you pay for the fraction of it your load fills, from a $95 minimum for one or two items up to $850 to $995 for a full trailer. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, roofing and tile are priced by weight instead. See the full price list.
