This work usually lands at a hard time, often on a deadline someone else set. We keep it quiet, we keep our opinions to ourselves, and we let people decide at their own pace.
You pay for the space your load takes up in the trailer rather than for our time on the clock. Labor, loading and the tip fee are already in the number we quote you, and we cover eleven cities from Salinas and the Monterey Peninsula up through Gilroy and Hollister to San Jose.
Quoted per property · House cleanout $850–$2,500+
Walk us through first and we work at your pace.

We can schedule quietly and work without drawing eyes.
Left ready for a sale, a listing or the family.

Priced by how much of the trailer your load fills, never by the hour we spend on it.
The quote already covers the lifting, the hauling and the tip fee at the transfer station.
A uniformed, insured crew. You reach the owner on the phone instead of a call centre.
