People put this one off for years. A garage fills up slowly and then feels impossible to start. Most are a half to three-quarter trailer and a couple of hours.
You pay for the space your load takes up in the trailer rather than for our time on the clock. Labor, loading and the tip fee are already in the number we quote you, and we cover eleven cities from Salinas and the Monterey Peninsula up through Gilroy and Hollister to San Jose.
Small garage $250–$400 · Large garage $450–$700
Set aside what you keep. We handle the rest.
Usable gear and shelving go to donation or a recycler.
Solvents go to household hazardous waste, not the trailer.
A packed two-car garage, start to swept, in one visit.
We run 6am to 8pm, seven days. Tell us your deadline and we answer honestly, same day.
Priced by how much of the trailer your load fills, never by the hour we spend on it.
The quote already covers the lifting, the hauling and the tip fee at the transfer station.
A uniformed, insured crew. You reach the owner on the phone instead of a call centre.
Text a photo of what needs to go and we send back a real number the same day.

Paint, solvent, pesticide and similar have to go to a household hazardous waste facility rather than on the trailer with everything else. Point them out and we will tell you what we can take.
No. Sorting is what we are being paid for. Just separate what you are keeping.
Most single-car garages are done in an hour or two. A packed two-car garage is a half day.
Volume based. The trailer is 12 ft by 8 ft by 4 ft and you pay for the fraction of it your load fills, from a $95 minimum for one or two items up to $850 to $995 for a full trailer. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, roofing and tile are priced by weight instead. See the full price list.
Free estimate, upfront price, open 6am–8pm every day.
